Delivery & Returns

UK delivery

Delivery is free on every order to UK mainland addresses. Orders are processed within 1-2 working days and are typically delivered within 5-10 working days. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates shown on the product page are a guide. If your order is running late, get in touch through our contact form and we'll chase it for you.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Some remote areas, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore locations may take a little longer.

Returns

You can return an unused oven in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel an online order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To start a return, send us your order number through our contact form. We'll confirm the return address and next steps by email. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item back.

Faulty or damaged items

If your oven arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a photo or short description of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
