These terms apply to all orders placed on yibake.co.uk. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us

yibake.co.uk is operated by Yibake. You can contact us at any time through our contact form.

2. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error, in which case we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Estimated delivery times are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we also offer 30-day returns on unused items. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Product use and safety

The Yibake oven reaches very high temperatures. Always follow the safety and care instructions supplied with the product and on our product page. Use it only on a stable, dry, heat-resistant surface, keep children and pets away while it is hot, and never leave it unattended in use.

7. Faulty goods

Our goods are covered by your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.

8. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
